Have had 2 appts of radiofrequency ablation on my neck by Dr. Nguyen. He is very patient & kind & keeps you informed of every step he's taking. Takes his time to answer any questions & informs you of all potential outcomes. His nursing staff is phenomenal - very caring & communicative. They help make the procedure more bearable.
